The auntie was very friendly. She asked for advice while doing my hair and then used straight hair to make my bangs look very nice! They also help and give advice when choosing hair accessories, which is very worthwhile! Because it will be more suitable than ordinary hairstyle!
What a great afternoon we had. Ladies were super efficient and helped us to choose and put on beautiful kimonos. We decided to go to Fukushuen Garden (don't walk in summer, take Uber, just 500 yen) and had so much fun.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me get most out of the experience. I was free to choose between maaaany yukata styles and accessories (bag, sandals, obi). On top I got the hair done, it looked so lovely! They also recommended me some places to take good pictures. Thank you very much to the team who made this amazing experience possible!💗
There are many styles for girls to choose from. There are three large hanging racks for style selection. The colors and patterns of each piece are very different. There is a hello kitty one🤣 When choosing, it is recommended that couples choose the same color scheme for better photos. The sister in the store is very hospitable and enthusiastic and can speak English. When choosing a belt, she will patiently give advice and help with color matching. There is a place for taking pictures in the store. The sister will take the initiative to help take pictures. It is a good experience. It only takes 15 minutes to walk to Naminoue Shrine, but the shoes are not very comfortable to wear and may cause a little pain in the feet, but overall it is very good
The staff were all very friendly, a wonderful experience! They were so gentle tying up my hair, didn't pull at it at all, and tied it very tightly so it didn't come loose! They offered wooden clogs and small bags, but we didn't change into them because we were going to be walking. At the end, they even gave us a small Okinawan gift, and we chose the hair tie~
The staff are extremely professional. In addition to clothing, the service includes the whole head (hair styling). However, there aren't many yukata options, so I recommend choosing a kimono. A memorable experience.
There's a parking lot nearby, and you can park on the street temporarily as long as someone stays in the car. There are many yukata styles, but the bags and shoes seem a bit old.
Finally met the legendary rainbow-haired proprietress, who is very nice and also speaks English. We arrived at 10 AM that day and were the only ones choosing yukatas. More people came later. There weren't a lot of choices for kids, but because we went early, we were able to find what we wanted. We didn't pay extra for hair styling, but the staff was not at all perfunctory. They styled and curled the hair nicely. The kids were very happy and thought they looked beautiful. I think it was worth it. You can borrow the yukata until 6 PM, but we had to catch a flight, so we just went to the nearby Naminoue Shrine to take some photos and then returned the yukata. A word of advice: if you're going to be walking a lot, be sure to choose a pair of comfortable geta (wooden sandals). The kids' feet hurt just from walking back and forth to Naminoue Shrine.
Experience: The store is easy to find! The staff, dressed in kimonos, were quick, highly skilled, and had excellent aesthetic sense! I would definitely try it again if I have the chance; it was very fun and beautiful!
The experience was excellent. The staff were polite and friendly, there was a good selection of outfits, and the environment was comfortable and clean. The store has scene props for taking pictures and luggage storage is available. It's only a ten-minute walk downstairs to Naminoue Shrine for photos. Highly recommended! (I recommend the ramen and fried rice at the ramen shop downstairs, they're delicious.)
