Step 2 — Download the Go City app Follow the link in your confirmation to connect your Klook booking to the free Go City app. Your digital pass lives here — no printing required.

Step 3 — Activate on your first visit Your pass activates the first time you scan it at an attraction. From that moment, you have your chosen number of consecutive days to use it.

Step 4 — Scan and explore At each attraction, open the Go City app and tap your pass. Staff scan your phone screen — that’s it. Use it at as many included attractions as you like within your pass window.

💡 Tip: Some popular attractions (like The View from The Shard and stadium tours) require advance booking through the Go City app. Reserve your slots early, especially in peak season.

How much can I save?

Each pass duration is designed to cover a specific amount of attraction value. As a guide, here's how much you could spend on the same attractions if you bought tickets individually:

• 1-day pass: up to £180 in individual ticket value (adult) • 2-day pass: up to £290 • 3-day pass: up to £385 • 5-day pass: up to £585 • 7-day pass: up to £785 • 10-day pass: up to £865

The more attractions you visit, the more you save. Visiting just 3–4 major sites in a day is typically enough to cover the cost of your pass.

• Your pass is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. • Once activated at your first attraction, the day counter starts. Days run calendar days (not 24-hour periods), so start early in the day. • The pass is non-transferable and linked to one person. You may be asked to show ID. • All entry is via the Go City app on your smartphone. Download it before you travel and sync your pass. • Some attractions have reduced hours or seasonal closures. Check the app on the day. • Advance reservations are strongly recommended for: The View from The Shard, Emirates and Tottenham stadium tours, Shakespeare’s Globe performances, and Windsor Castle.
