I had a great time being able to move my luggage in advance and travel freely. The staff was very friendly, and I received my luggage in the same condition as when I left it without any problems. It was also nice to be able to keep in touch with the staff in charge via WhatsApp.

Though the service could be improved a bit more(like Bellugg in Thailand), overall experience was very convinient and professional at the same time. Definitely will use it again!

It's convenient for sending luggage to the airport in advance, and the local staff are friendly. However, instead of having a pick-up location like in Thailand, the truck that picks up the luggage waits in the parking lot and then delivers the luggage on time. So, if you look at the terms and conditions, there is a penalty if you go over the appointed time. So, I recommend it to those who have a definite schedule. Once your luggage is loaded, a photo will be sent to you via WhatsApp.

After checking out and spending the rest of my planned itinerary, I met the driver at a designated location and found a carrier. This is an innovative luggage delivery service.

The driver contacted me in the morning, took a picture of my luggage, and informed me of the location and classification of my luggage via WhatsApp. After some time, a photo came back saying that I had picked it up, so I was able to leave with peace of mind. In the afternoon, a photo of luggage waiting for its owner at the airport came again on WhatsApp, saying that it was a good trip to the airport. 1) There is a pick-up location at the very end of the Ngurah Rai International Airport international departure drop-off point. It's Gate 2, so don't look for it, but follow the direction of the car and go up to the end. Additional 2) There was no separate mention on the details page, but there was a message in the confirmation email saying that if Klook works, the ticket will not be accepted. And I was confused because I was told that if it was not a hotel, I would have to pay an additional 25 thousand dollars for the Inpulson fee. Please check this carefully before making a reservation.

It's so convenient. If you leave your luggage at the hotel lobby and show the message you sent to the hotel, they will keep it safe and come pick it up when you come to pick it up. I arrived at the airport an hour earlier than the time I wanted to pick up my luggage and sent a chat, and they brought it to me within 15 minutes. Thanks to this, I was able to move around conveniently on the last day of my trip.

They provided information well via WhatsApp and the delivery was prompt.

They even brought my luggage right on time as requested, and they sent me real-time photos. They were in a place that was easy to find even after getting off the airport taxi! Thanks to them, I was able to travel light on the day I returned, so I'll use them again next time too. ㅎㅎㅎ

The delivery service is really good. If you leave it at the hotel front desk, they will pick it up and send it to the designated location. Fortunately, the hotel I was moving to received my luggage in advance and stored it for 3 days, so I was able to comfortably fly to Komodo Island and enjoy myself.
