Sea World Whale Watching Cruise

The tour was great! We saw a family of three whales with the cub breaching the water! This was apparently a rare event to experience. the whales went right underneath the boat which was so exciting. The crew, researchers and the captain were excellent hosts. Highly, highly recommended.

The most amazing experience in my Australia trip. The Whale Watching Cruise Terminal is located right near the entrance of Sea World. Very helpful and enthusiastic crew. All very concerned about every passengers and passionate on sea animals. We are extremely lucky to meet quite a few whales swimming close to our boat. They are friendly and lovely creatures. Had chance to take many nice photos and videos. Strangly recommend for those visiting Gold Coast in winter months

indeed its 100% guarantee to watch whale/s. you got to experience a choppy bumpy ride out to the seas though, so if you have motion sickness, will need to endure these. our ride has someone vomitting. open your eyes big big to look out for whales!

An absolutely brilliant cruise. We saw some incredible whale activity, including breaches and tail slaps, which was breath-taking to witness in person. The boat was great, the crew was super helpful, and the whole trip was seamless. 10/10 would recommend!

The staff were very nice, and we were offered motion sickness pills for $2 before departure. There was a quick safety demonstration, and later we were allowed to go to the front of the ship to enjoy the view and watch the whales. We moved from one spot to another, and it was an exhilarating experience overall. The trip felt a bit long for me, but I really appreciated how patient the crew were in making sure we had the best chance to see the whales and dolphins.

We encountered whales on the return trip, and the boat immediately stopped for us to watch and take photos. It was a very considerate arrangement, and the sunset was very beautiful.

The ship's equipment is advanced, and the service staff is friendly and smiling. They can observe the situation anytime and anywhere to remind everyone which direction to go to watch whales.

All the crew onboard were really nice and we did see lots of whales and dolphins! Wished the whales would be more active that day (no jumps, they barely surfaced from the water) but otherwise it was a great experience. Will try the other time slots the next time I return!
