Peppermint at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay

Beautiful garden inspired, botanical decor. Warm, cozy ambience with comfy seats. Foodwise, the restaurant offered a variety of cuisines ranging from indian to western. Sashimi and seafood on ice were fresh. Starters were excellent. The mains however, were a hit or miss. Personally, I felt the asian mains were executed better than the western ones. Briyani and tom yum, mushroom pasta, beef roast were excellent whereas honey ham and few other christmas specials were a tad disappointing.

Great food and the lobsters were fresh :) highly recommended!

It was a splendid spread for the amount. Will plan for another one in near future.

Went there to celebrate husband birthday in advance. The food, service and ambience is good there! There are a wide range of food to choose from the buffet! Seafood is very fresh too! Choose from the QR menu and the food will be serve to you. Will definitely be back here again for the buffet.

Food was good - what you would expect from a hotel buffet dinner. I felt that their selection vastly reduced after their they changed from Aquamarine to Peppermint, due to the change in hotel management. I personally might not return for quite some time - not because the food was unsatisfactory but I feel that for the price the selection is mediocre. They used to serve chili crabs and roasted duck, however after the menu revamp, none of these were offered. I personally prefer buffet dining during the pandemic as they portion your food which reduces wastage for you and you get an overview of what is offered, via an app so you will be able to order what you want with a click of a button and the staff will bring your food to you without you having to leave your seat. Worth a try if you are into buffets, however if you actually experienced it when it was still Aquamarine, this would be a major downgrade in terms of experience and food selection.
