This hotel provides worthy buffet in town. The customer service is excellent and clearing of used plates fast 😃
Excellent service and foods. Every each of the attended guests were very satisfied with the foods and atmosphere (Birthday Celebration). Salmon fish and the Prawn were very fresh. The Beef was simply tasty. The Laksa was delicious as the gravy was not diluted and not too rich or spicy. The Cooked fish was tendered and fresh too. Simply most of the foods were fantastic but the Chilli crab was not tasty and fresh. The Chilli Chicken meat was a bit hard and dry. The pastries counter, the cakes were delicious especially the Blackforest cake and the Durian paste was yummillicous, whenever the staff replenished it, within 2 seconds, it's totally gone. The staffs service were excellent, especially Desmond and one of the cashier guy, who went extra mile to help me to get the baker to bake a cake for my mother 80th Birthday where I had forgotten to bring our cake. Highly recommended for dinner buffet. Value for money by purchased from Klook. Surely will purchased again if there is an offer again.
Service was Excellent and the foods were tasty. There were many different variety of foods on the counters. Especially the Salmon fish and Prawn were very fresh and the Beef was delicious too. The Cooked Fish was tendered and simply tasty. Conclusion are most of the foods were up to Standard. At the pastries counter, the black forest cake was just too good and Especially the durian paste, just gone in 2 second whenever the crew replenished it. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially Desmond and one of the guy Cashier, going for extra mile when I forgot to bring our cake, they managed to get the baker to bake one for us. Highly recommended for buffet dinner and value for money by purchased the voucher from Klook. If there is an offer again, will surely grab it.
Food was so-so, unlike the previous days where Tiffany really had sumptuous line of buffet. Staff were very friendly and observant. Need to ask the staff for our Half Boston Lobster/per person which was included in the menu.
Easily accessible restaurant at the heart of Chinatown area. Staff is friendly and helpful with my demand. Really enjoyable night at this hotel.
I will recommend because the sashimi, oyster, chili crab, soup, dessert etc good. The staff also friendly and nice..just that queue can be very long and if u queue alone and only able to hold a plate of cold dish then u need to queue again for hot dish. The cold crab not nice, the black pepper crayfish not fresh.
the bufffet is good, worth the asking price. Although food varities can be lacking but the quality is good and tasty. The location of the restaurant is also another plus point. Will return to patronize the restaurant in the near future.
The food is average and not many varieties. Despite that I still enjoyed the buffet dinner in the ballroom. The staff are courteous and helpful. I enjoyed eating the laksa and seafood chowder soup. I love the durian pengat the most and ate quite a number of cups. The dinner buffet serves other food like lamp, beef, chicken and others as shown in the photos.
The buffet dinner was now served in the hotel ballroom at Level 5 instead of the restaurant itself due to the current covid situation. Nice environment as the ballroom is big hence the dinners are not cluttered together. The staff are all nice and friendly. The varieties are much lesser compared to the last time I had for buffet lunch in the restaurant. But definitely good enough to eat till very full. There are salads, sashimi, prawns, sushi, soup, laksa, crabs, mussels, chicken, lamp, beef, burgers and desserts such as mini cakes, durian pengat, ice cream, cheng tng and etc.
My first time to Tiffany Cafe & Restaurant. The buffet dinner was served in the hotel ballroom at Level 5. I like that the spacious ballroom where every dinner table is spaced far apart. I love their sashimi, seafood chowder, laksa and durian pengat. Nice! The staff are all super friendly and helpful.
