• This is a rain-or-shine event. The tour will proceed in the event of light rain. However, if the weather is deemed too dangerous to proceed, the tour will be rescheduled for another day. A refund will be provided if you are unable to make the new date
• The Hosts will do their best to take care of all participants and ensure a fun and safe hike, however there may be situations that are considered acts of nature that was not pre-empted. Participants agree to not hold Supernatural Confessions and the Hosts responsible for any unforeseen mishaps
• This is not a heritage trail. Content of this tour will lean towards folklore, ghost stories, and the occasional nugget of historical facts

• The activity is not recommended: other serious medical conditions / PWDs (persons with disabilities)
• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Fitness Level Requirement: Beginner

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel before your selected activity date
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund

Booking changes policy

• Changes are allowed anytime before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
