Venue Hotel Couple Staycation with F&B Dining Options, Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Staff service for both hotel and Nee yakitori restaurant was impeccable. Hotel room was clean, aircon was cold, hot water was ...hot. overall had a good rest. Highly recommended.

The Hotel Room Is Smaller Than Expected But Can Understand It's A 2 Star Budget Hotel.The Room Looks Clean But There's Stain On The Bedsheets,The Table Got Some Red Ants.Stay Also Includes Set Meal Lunch/Dinner To Be Collect At The Next Door Fast Food Restaurant.Resting Time Can Hear The Sound Of The Traffic Light But Nevertheless Still A Good Stay.

Hotel stay was great. Hotel fulfilled all freebies : meal, early check-in, late check-out and room upgrade. Many eateries nearby, including Giant Supermart. We bought our cup noodles from Giant for supper. Only issue was Nee Yakitori & Bar did not treat us as their valued guests. When we checked in at noon, we booked our dinner with the restaurant. On the phone and upon arrival at the restaurant, the restaurant manager claimed that the indoor seats were fully booked. In spite of the weather being scorching hot these few days, we reluctantly agreed to the outdoor seats as we just wanted to quickly finish the meal and get on to other activities. However in the midst of us dining there, two walk-in customers were ushered indoor seats. I stepped into the restaurant and noticed that there were at least 3 to 4 2-seater tables empty. When we confronted the manager, she lied that the walk-in customers had made reservation and they merely were given a small corner table (which was not even offered to us). As we continued the conversation, the manager finally revealed the real reason was being Friday night, and she was expecting customers. So she had been lying all the while since the time when we confirmed the booking. She never had the intention to open the bookings for hotel customers to dine indoors, even though our meal was not FOC. Besides the double service standards, a more serious matter here is integrity. If the manager who represents the restaurant is not truthful to the customers, how could the customers trust the food they consume in the restaurant?

Room and toilet is a lot cleaner than other budget hotels i been to. Counter staff is friendly. Got an upgrade to a bigger room-2 twin bed and 1 single bed. the complimentary meal at e1 wings was filling and good.

Location of the “Classic” branch is quite a distance away from the nearest mrt (Paya Lebar) but it is well placed between many points of interest — hawker centre, joo Chiat, malls etc. There’s also an ntuc a stone’s throw away which was really convenient for late night snacking Staff were really helpful and offered free room upgrade and extended checkout timing Room and amenities were well maintained and walls were solid Overall a great place at great value!

The hotel is very spacious and have space to walk around. The hotel staff is also very friendly . This hotel is affordable and cozy to stay in. Will definitely book again

Staff is friendly and explain clearly 1st floor room available for early checkin. room is neat for the size, minimalist style, pros standing shower head, cons open clothing hangers

all of the crew were very hospitable.. and we had our free dinner to take away.. it was nice!! surprisingly the room was not as small as i expected. unfortunately we only took photos of the food.. 😅😅will definitely be coming back again.. 😎👍🏽

The hotel room is new and decent sized. Comfy for a short getaway. The only reservation I have is that although lunch/dinner is provided by the restaurant next door, it was not opened on those days. A bit disappointed as we were looking forward to a meal but unable to use the coupons as a result. Otherwise, the stay was good

Do call in advance to check on availability of early check in. Also to check in advance for late check out since both subject to availability. Friendly staff at check in. Various food options all around, 24hr Giant supermart just down the street.
