Knife-cut noodles are good, but other foods are average! The staff is still not familiar with klook cash exchange!
The waiter has a good attitude! But the staff is not familiar with redeeming klook gift vouchers! 20% off on dine-in menus (except set meals and hot pot), which is more discounted than klook cash coupons
It's easy to get a seat, okay, enough space, and the food is okay.
The staff didn't know how to use klook and used two $200 coupons, but he said that he could only deduct $300 for us, and we wasted $100. Klook should review and refund!
Hello, dear customers, thank you for choosing KLOOK and leaving a review. We are sorry that this booking did not bring you a pleasant and wonderful experience. After inquiring about your feedback, a service specialist has followed up for you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your support and have a nice day! Klook Care Team
Staffers dont know how to redeem but are more than willing to try so props to that
Even the takeaway itself has a 20% discount. If you use the klook roll, it is more expensive. Fortunately, there is an event discount.
can try again, spacious!
