BATAM FAST our trusted ferry service since 2011! Was shocked with the price though but overall its good. We arrived an hour before our travel time and it was smooth. From claiming the tickets at Level 2 counter of harbourfront center to checking in our luggage. The ferry is CLEAN and SPACIOUS. Our trip is smooth sailing from Singapore to Sekupang took us less than an hour. They also offer porter that charges 10K IDR incase you want your luggage to be delivered from ferry to terminal.
I enjoyed this ferry ride so much. If you're planning to go to Batam, this is a must. Also, the pasalubongs in the ferry station in SG has sulit pasalubongs. Will definitely do this again when I'm in SG. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
sindo ferry is cheaper at $73. paid $84 per person for this boat ride. it’s just an hour. smooth trip overall. those who get sea sick can sit at the upper deck, but first come first serve. if want better seats to alight faster, suggest u can try to be the first few to board the boat. i enjoyed standing near the railings and look at the sea while the boat headed to batam.
The boat ride was smooth and steady, only downside was having to wait 1 hr at the arrival pier as there were tons of people since it was a public holiday

We went to Batam Indonesia by buying the Batam Fast Ferry Ticket from Klook. It was fast and easy to claim the tickets and the counter was so easy to find. Onboard the ferry, you can take a picture of the Vivo mall sitting on the clear blue waters. There is the upper deck where the open air is and there is also the lower deck where the air conditioned deck is. This is a cheapest and most convenient way to go to Batam.
Punctual, can change to earlier slot if you arrive early, comfortable seat, toilet and seat are extremely clean
