【Business Hours】
Guangzhou Tower’s business hours are 09:30-22:30, and visitor entry time is 09:30-22:00. On holidays and special event days, please refer to the announcements at the on-site ticket office.
【Ticket Collection Method】
To redeem tickets and ascend the tower, you must present your valid identification document. On the day of your visit, present the ticket redemption verification code or valid identification document at the Guangzhou Tower West Ticket Office to exchange for tickets. All tickets for a single order must be collected at once.
【Timed Sightseeing Tours】
Visitors must redeem tickets and enter the tower according to the purchased ticket time slot. If visitors miss the entry deadline due to personal reasons and cannot enter the tower, the resulting losses must be borne by the visitors themselves.
【Special Closures】
The outdoor sightseeing areas are susceptible to weather conditions. Visitors are advised to pay attention to weather conditions and relevant announcements on Guangzhou Tower’s Weibo and WeChat official accounts. If, on the day of your visit, there are irresistible weather factors, or if amusement rides are undergoing maintenance, leading to delays or temporary closures of some Guangzhou Tower attractions:
(1) Visitors who have not yet redeemed tickets can contact
Trip.com customer service on the day of their visit to apply for a full refund.
(2) Visitors who have already redeemed tickets should follow the instructions of the on-site staff to process refunds or reschedule for unvisited parts (low visibility, rain, fog, or other weather conditions after entering the tower are not valid reasons for a refund).
【Security Check】
Before entering the tower, please cooperate with Guangzhou Tower security personnel for a security check. Please do not bring the following items into the tower: lighters and other flammable and explosive items, beverages, radio-controlled toys, model aircraft, and kites or other items that can fly (see Guangzhou Tower security regulations for details).
【Safety Notice】
Visitors who are under 1.4 meters tall, over 1.95 meters tall, weigh over 95 kilograms, are over 65 years old, are pregnant, or suffer from acrophobia, high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, are under the influence of alcohol, have prosthetics, or have mobility issues are not suitable for participating in the “Sky Drop” ride. Children under 1.5 meters tall must be accompanied by an adult to participate in amusement activities. For visitors who do not comply with the safety regulations of the amusement rides, staff have the right to refuse their participation, and the visitor shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities for any adverse consequences arising therefrom.
