I took the bus from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, and it was a great way to travel. The bus was punctual, and the seats were spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi on board was a nice touch, and they even provided water and snacks. I used Klook for booking, and the whole process was straightforward. The bus was clean, and the journey was smooth. I’ll definitely choose this option again for future trips.
The bus trip to Legoland Malaysia was convenient and comfortable. The journey was smooth, and the bus had good air conditioning, which was a blessing in the hot weather. We arrived on time, and the ride was much more relaxing than driving ourselves. Booking through Klook made the whole process hassle-free, with easy pick-up and drop-off at designated locations. The only thing to note is that the bus can get crowded, so it's best to book early.
Driver arrived on time, dont be confused in the pick up station, Swiss Garden Bukit Bintang. Better ask the hotel staff because there are two Swiss Garden Hotels, the other one is residence. Infront of the hotel lobby entrance, there is a signage stated "LEGOLAND shuttle bus service". There is a 30 minutes stop to grab some refreshments. If you have luggages, you can bring it with you, no hassle for us at all since we have 5 luggages and 2 of them are quite big. Highly recommended.
Before boarding the bus, it is recommended to have a meal outside the exit of Legoland. Walk slowly to the pick-up location at about 18:10. If you stand facing the land-based Legoland, go to the right hand side of the bus and walk straight ahead for about five minutes. , because it is a summer vacation and there are many people riding on the bus. The driver will let the passengers get off the bus halfway to go to the toilet. It is very cold on the bus, so prepare a jacket. The backrest of the seat can be adjusted backwards, which is great. You cannot eat or drink on the bus, so you must eat first. , after the train departed at 18:30, basically everyone was sleeping one after another, because the journey took four hours, and it was already 23:00 when we arrived in Kuala Lumpur!
The bus arrived exactly at 7AM. We left Bukit Bintang at 7:12AM with 40 minutes stop over. It was a comfortable ride with plenty of leg room space. Albeit its chilly inside the bus.
The ride going back to KL was smooth. Also had a chance to eat a RM4 or RM6 worth of bun when the bus had a 20-minute stop, which btw is yummy.
We had one stop over for water break and we left Legoland at 6:29PM. Its comfortable despite the long hour road trip.
The shuttle bus departed at 7:15 (15 mins late), stop once for bathroom break (5 mins) and once for food (~30 mins). We got to Legoland at a bit over 12:00, so for sure not 10:15 like what it said here at Klook. The shuttle bus was freezing cold. Otherwise, it was still a pleasant ride since we dont have to tranfer to another buses to get there
Spacious, clean, and safe. Expect a bit of weekend traffic, arrived legoland at 11am even though the bus left at 7:10am. The bus took a 20 - minute stop for cr break and some snacks as well.
Arrived at swiss garden an hour before departure, you can stay at the lobby while waiting for the bus. The bus is clean because no food is allowed inside. Left the hotel around 7:10am
