Changes are allowed anytime before redemption

The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.

The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.

Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

1 adult and 1 child ticket: "1 adult" refers to one adult over 18 years old; adult tickets cannot be used for children; "1 child" refers to one child between 7 months and 12 years old and under 1.5 meters tall.

Children and adolescents over 1.5 meters tall and under 18 years old entering the park must be counted as "one child," purchase a child ticket, read and sign the温馨提示书 (Warm Reminder Letter), and be accompanied and supervised by a parent.

The voucher is valid for 30 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 00:00 on the last day
