• 【Children's Free Policy】Infants and children will be counted as passengers. Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a separate seat can participate for free. Children over 2 years old are charged the same price as adults. If there is a child aged 0-2 (free) accompanying, one adult is limited to bringing one free child. • The speed at which kochia in Seaside Park changes color is affected by temperature, sunlight, and rainfall, so the best viewing period each year may vary slightly. In September, the kochia is still predominantly emerald green and has not yet fully turned red, so the viewing experience may be limited. For the actual status of the flowers and their colors, please refer to the official announcements regarding the blooming situation. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Hitachi Seaside Park】Tickets are not included, please take care of them yourself. Adults (high school students and above): 450 yen during regular season, 800 yen during peak season; Seniors (65 and above): 210 yen (560 yen during peak season); Middle school students and below: Free.
• 【Vehicle Model & Tour Leader Arrangement Description】Vehicle Model Used: Different vehicle models will be arranged according to the actual number of travelers. We cannot specify the vehicle model, please understand. For small groups, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour services, and no additional tour leader will be assigned. The driver/tour leader is only responsible for the itinerary and time management. After arriving at the scenic spots, please feel free to explore on your own; for groups of 14 or more, an additional tour guide will be arranged; due to limited luggage storage space, each person can carry one standard-sized piece of luggage free of charge. If you wish to bring large luggage onto the vehicle, please inform us in the remarks section.
• 【Pre-departure Notification Email Reminder】On the evening before your departure, from 19:00-22:00 (Japan time), we will send a pre-departure notification email containing the tour leader's contact information, license plate details, meeting point map, and relevant注意事项. Please be sure to check it promptly and also keep an eye on your spam folder. During peak travel seasons, email delivery may be slightly delayed; we appreciate your understanding. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the most recently sent one.
• 【Meeting Time Requirements】Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. As the itinerary operates on a shared car model, late arrivals cannot be waited for and no refunds will be issued. Please pay close attention to the stopover and meeting times at each attraction as requested by the tour leader. All expenses and related responsibilities incurred due to lateness will be borne by you. Thank you for your understanding.
• [Itinerary Time] The times marked in this itinerary are estimated times. Actual times may be slightly adjusted due to irresistible factors such as traffic conditions and weather on the day, affecting arrival and stay times at various attractions. We appreciate your understanding.
• [Instructions for Responding to Force Majeure] In the event of itinerary delays due to force majeure factors such as weather or traffic, the tour leader will flexibly adjust the itinerary sequence on-site, or shorten or cancel the停留时间 (stay duration) of some attractions based on actual conditions, to ensure the safe and orderly progress of the trip. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time) whether to cancel the departure of this group, and notification will be sent via email at any time thereafter.
