Ulu Ulu Spa in Kota Kinabalu (The Shore)

Really love it. Nice , soothing n calm environment. Made appointment the night before and they were kind enough to arrange an early appointment for me as my schedule are tight. The massager was very professional, exact pressure, she make sure that i was comfortable. She only exposed the part of your body that she was doing to avoid me feeling cold, diligently covering back with towels the other part of my body. Silence is observed during the session. Very satisfying experience. The place is hard to find, tips ro find it, use the lift next to boat noodle and go up to lv6.

I had the Ulu Ulu Signature Massage (1hr 30mins) booked via Klook, right after landing in KK, and it was exactly what I needed. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly relaxing. The masseuse was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout - the pressure was just right for my liking. I truly appreciated how she adjusted the towels thoughtfully when working on different areas - it's a small detail but shows a high level of care and respect. Few hours prior my appointment, they even reached out and sent me photos to help me locate the shop easily. Definitely coming again whenever I'm in KK

It is clean and the manager is good for the price. There are many places in KK, but the bathrooms are not so good. I recommend this place because the bathrooms are clean. However, I went there after checking out of the last resort, and there are no shower facilities. You can wipe off the oil with a hot towel, but it is not enough to wipe off all the oil. I had to go to the plane with a slightly slippery body. I recommend going on a day when you can shower at the resort.

There were several elevators going up (and the upper floors were not connected), so it was quite difficult to understand. Although I arrived on time, I had to wait for a while. Since it's close to the airport, we recommend taking it before returning home on a late-night flight.

The studio is easy to find, they reached out to me via WhatsApp and shared guidance and reminded 30 min before my session. Massage was good, just right pressure and movements. What to improve - maybe start offering complimentary tea, which is a tradition after massage.

We made an appointment at around 10pm the night before and the store quickly replied at 11am the next morning that the order was established. We were afraid it would be difficult to find so we arrived around 10:40am early, but it turned out to be very easy to find. The store asked us to wait inside until 11am. The massage technique is good and the environment is clean. It is worth buying when there is a discount.

It was a great experience. Their therapist were very skilled. I just have some suggestions. My siblings felt a bit cold because the aircon was a little too strong or too pointed at them and the sarong used to cover their bodies was a little too thin so before the massage maybe they can adjust this depending on the client. For me personally, I hoped for maybe a warm towel to just wipe off a bit of the oil after the massage which some spas provide. but overall, it was a great experience and value for your money. I liked the sweet ginger tea after the massage because it was nice for the throat.
