What to expect

Experience a solitary yet communal dinner with strangers in a bespoke setting, created with customized white Kvadrat fabric

The 7-course menu takes the familiarity of local dishes, from spice-heavy rempah to supermarket food

Each guest will also be treated to a welcome tea ceremony, performed by the artists

Advanced Dining tinkers with the parameters of how we eat — making use of irregular utensils, and rendering eating an at once ritualistic and theatrical experience

The artists, Aiwei Foo & Wangxian Tan hope to present the meal as an odyssey from birth to death, creating an aesthetic experience
