- It is recommended to book 5-10 days in advance during peak season, and 1-3 days in advance during off-peak season.

- Peak season (March 1-September 30, October 9-November 30): 07:00-17:00
- Off-season (December 1st to February 28th of the following year): 07:30-17:00
- National Day Golden Week (Oct. 1-Oct. 8): 06:30-17:00
- Valid admission credentials: Original document used for reservation registration (ID card / passport / Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel permit) / Official electronic voucher QR code / Name of the person who made the reservation
