Cancellation policy

• Cancellations 30 days or more before departure will incur a 20% loss of the ticket price.
• If canceled 16-29 days before departure, 50% of the ticket price will be charged as a loss.
• Cancellations 7-15 days before departure will incur an 80% loss of the ticket price.
• Cancellations 0-7 days before departure will incur a 100% loss of the ticket amount.
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• A full refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Cruise, ferry or flight is cancelled
