“Fortune in Motion” Afternoon Tea Set
Kowloon Shangri-La is thrilled to present the “Fortune in Motion” Afternoon Tea Set, perfectly combining the traditional flavours of the Chinese New Year with creative inspirations. Guests can enjoy a variety of unique savoury dishes, including mini abalone puff, morels amber, truffle wagyu beef croquetas, and the caviar and red prawn tartare on fried dough stick. For desserts, options include crème fraiche strawberry yuzu tart and apple and bergamot entremets. During the Lunar New Year period (17-19 February), Lobby Lounge has also prepared auspicious delicacies - Balik style “lo hei”, featuring unique ingredients such as smoked salmon, radish, carrots, and pomelo, symbolizing prosperity and good fortune in the new year.

Guests can enjoy a variety of unique savoury dishes, including mini abalone puff, morels amber, truffle wagyu beef croquetas, and the caviar and red prawn tartare on fried dough stick. During Valentine’s Day (February 13 to 14), Lobby Lounge has specially prepared the romantic dessert ‘Raspberry Rose Pavlova’ to help you and your partner create sweet memories on this special day.

The Lobby Lounge is excited to present the exclusive Valentine’s Day Set Dinner, a romantic culinary experience designed to indulge you and your loved one. The menu features exquisite dishes such as Superior Sturgeon Caviar with king crab, a velouté of Jerusalem artichoke, and succulent Ora king salmon or US beef pithivier as the main course. To conclude your meal, enjoy the delightful Chocolate Apple and Bergamot Entremets paired with elderflower cream.
