Reviews
This was easily one of the best hands-on classes we’ve done. We joined their mooncake workshop and loved that it was actually a real cooking class, not a demo. We did every single step ourselves, from start to finish. No shortcuts, no watching from the sidelines. The result? Our mooncakes turned out delicious, and more importantly, we actually learned how to make them. What stood out: - Fully hands-on experience - every question we had was answered clearly - driendly, patient team throughout After the class, there was a traditional tea ceremony, which was a great touch. We tried three teas, and they even went out of their way to introduce us to lotus tea, which ended up being our favorite. Also worth mentioning: + Dedicated cooking instructor and English translator, which made everything smooth and easy to follow Overall, a really well-run, thoughtful experience. If you’re in Hanoi and want a proper cooking class where you actually participate, this is a great choice.
We enjoyed the mooncake cooking class lesson. The teachers were really great at teaching and were kind. They taught us how to make mooncakes from scratch. Their cooking area was really neat and tidy. The teacher also taught us how to prepare and how to enjoy teas with different flavors. They gave us the excess mooncakes we had made to share with our family and friends in the Philippines. It was a great experience. :)
the sticky rice mooncake here are the best, better than all the one i had tried outside before. The class was really fun and informative, hosts are nice and the food (mooncakes and tea) are more than delicious. love it
