It is recommended to remove them in advance and store them in the scenic area’s lockers. 🔹Foreign Tourists: If you do not have a Chinese Mainland mobile phone number, please contact customer service 1 day before departure, provide a screenshot of your WeChat QR code to add the customer service on WeChat. Other contact methods are not supported at this time. 🔹The exclusive private car package does not include a tour guide. The driver can provide simple explanations and assist with ticket purchase; if you need tour guide services, please purchase the package that includes a tour guide. 🔹Drivers can communicate using translation software and can only communicate in simple English. Drivers do not accompany visitors into the park for sightseeing or provide inside-park guiding. Schedule arrangements and pick-up/drop-off locations will be notified via WeChat. 🔹Group tours involve shared carpooling along the route, with fixed pick-up and drop-off points, rather than private 1-on-1 cars. Pick-up and drop-off are conducted in sequence along the same route; temporary requests to change the route are not accepted. 🔹Small group tours require a minimum of 2 people to book. 🔹Attractions implement real-name ticket purchasing. Be sure to bring your original passport / ID card on the day of the tour. 🔹Elders over 65 years old joining the tour must assess their own health conditions, must be accompanied by friends or family, and sign a “Health Certificate” and “Disclaimer”; individuals over 75 years old will not be accepted. 🔹High-altitude and mountain racing projects (Glass Skywalk, Cliff Racing, Canyon Racing): Individuals with acrophobia, high blood pressure, heart disease, vertigo, etc., should participate with caution; follow the instructions of on-site staff and comply with the project’s weight and age limits. 🔹Rafting projects: Belonging to high-drop water projects, pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, and people with heart disease, high blood pressure, or lumbar spine diseases are strictly prohibited from participating; children under 1.2 meters and elders exceeding the age limit specified by the scenic area cannot participate in rafting. Life jackets and safety helmets must be worn throughout the entire rafting trip, hold on tightly to the handles at rapid sections, and standing or getting off the boat without permission is strictly prohibited. 🔹Clothing Suggestions: For rafting, please bring a full set of spare clothes and towels. It is recommended to wear anti-slip river-tracking shoes (flip-flops are easily washed away); use a reliable waterproof bag for your mobile phone, and prepare glasses straps if you wear glasses. Flat shoes are recommended for high-altitude projects. 🔹Scenic area projects are affected by weather, water levels, and equipment maintenance. In case of severe weather such as heavy rain or strong winds, some projects will be temporarily suspended or closed, subject to the on-site notice of the scenic area. 🔹During holidays and peak tourist seasons, the scenic area experiences large crowds, and various projects may have long waiting queues. Please reasonably plan your visiting time and remain patient. 🔹VIP Rafting Ticket: Exclusive fast track for rafting to reduce waiting time for rafting projects; ⚠️ VIPs may still need to wait when crowd volume is large during peak seasons, and skipping the queue entirely cannot be guaranteed. 🔹Rafting is only available during the open season: The rafting season runs from mid-April to the end of October each year, with minor adjustments annually, subject to the official announcement of the scenic area.
