Passport & Visa Requirements

• Your passport must have at least 3 months of validity remaining.
• Please provide your nationality and passport information accurately.
• All foreign nationals must submit complete nationality and passport details.
• Reservations may be rejected if there are issues related to visa extension purposes.

Passenger Eligibility

• Pregnant women must provide a doctor’s note (medical certificate).
• Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to make a reservation.

Boarding

• Detailed boarding information will be sent by email after your booking is confirmed—please check carefully.
• Seat assignments are randomly allocated and cannot be selected or changed. Refunds are not available due to seat assignment.
• Each passenger may bring two piece of carry-on luggage (suitcase).
• Total dimensions (W+L+H) must be within 200cm
• Weight must be under 20kg

Cancellations & Refunds

• If the ferry is canceled due to adverse weather conditions before departure, a full refund will be issued.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations due to personal concerns about high waves.
• Only the ferry ticket booking is handled. We do not guarantee refunds or cancellations of separately booked services (e.g., hotels, car rentals, tours, passes) in the event of ferry cancellation.
• A cancellation certificate (due to weather or vessel issues) can be issued upon request.
