What to expect
Osaka Round Trip to Mount Rokko Ski & Onsen Day Tour This itinerary allows you to immerse yourself in skiing and playing in the snow at Mount Rokko, and also enjoy a relaxing time at Arima Onsen. It seamlessly transitions from energetic fun to soothing relaxation, ensuring a winter full of happiness for friends, families, or couples.
Kobe Mount Rokko SNOW PARK (Skiing + Onsen total duration approximately 7 hours; if not going to the onsen, you can stay at the ski resort for 7 hours)
- Diverse slopes for different skill levels There are beginner slopes (gentle slopes, suitable for new learners), intermediate slopes (slightly undulating, suitable for advanced players), and dedicated children’s slopes, so the whole family can enjoy themselves. The slopes are well-maintained, with soft snow, ensuring high safety.
- Rich snow activities, more than just skiing In addition to skiing, there are snow tubing (sliding down a slope in a snow tube, full of fun), snow banana boat rides, and a snow walking area. Even if you don’t ski, you can still immerse yourself in snow play, especially suitable for families with children or visitors who find skiing too challenging.
- Complete facilities, easy and convenient Ski equipment (skis, ski suits, ski boots, etc.) rental service is available, no need to bring your own; there is also a rest area.
Lunch recommendation: Free dining at the ski resort or Rokko Garden Terrace.
Arima Onsen (The onsen group departs around 14:20. Departure time may be slightly adjusted due to weather or road conditions, please understand; the onsen stay is approximately 70 minutes, after which you will return to the ski resort to meet other guests and return to Osaka together.) Arima Onsen is located in Kita-ku, Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture. It is known as one of Japan’s three ancient hot springs, along with Dogo Onsen in Ehime Prefecture and Nanki Shirahama Onsen in Wakayama Prefecture, playing a pivotal role in Japanese onsen culture. Arima Onsen has seven spring sources: Tansan, Taiko, Gosho, Tenjin, Uba, Gokuraku, and Ariake, scattered throughout the Arima area. Among them, “Kinsen” (Golden Spring), whose water color resembles rusty red, and “Ginsen” (Silver Spring), a colorless and transparent carbonated spring, are the most famous.

It was a very happy trip. The tour guide, Karin, was very professional and answered every question we had. We were also very lucky that day and encountered snow, which the kids went crazy for. Thank you for giving our family trip a wonderful memory.
Rokko Snow Park is a relatively close ski resort to Osaka, less than an hour away, so we could meet at 8:40 AM without rushing. There were many local Japanese tourists that day, and there was a snow play area where you could build snowmen and throw snowballs. The ski slopes are gentle, making it a good place for beginners to start. My family also tried skiing on two planks for the first time! The restaurant was very crowded at lunchtime, and we had to wait in line. But there were four or five food trucks and also snack stands, so there was no problem finding food. In the afternoon, we went to Arima Onsen, a 30-minute drive away, to soak in the hot springs. It was a traditional Japanese bathhouse with cold baths, hot baths, a sauna, and an outdoor pool, a very novel experience! Thank you very much to Karin, our guide, for her careful arrangements that made the whole event go smoothly. The children had a lot of fun!
Nice tour and had a fun with Kids, hassle free. Pick up this package as Cable Car to go up to Mount Rokko checked in advace is under servicing. Tour guide Karin is very fluent in English and always there with you during your tour if any enquiries.
do not book this tour!!, there is only one slope at this park and it is not suitable for anyone who is not advanced, the description also lies as there is nothing to accommodate children or beginner with regard to ski slopes , be very wary as the company that run this tour and Klook are very quick to hide behind lies when we confronted them about lying and cheating you out of your money for this tour, I WOULD GIVE 0/5 STARS IF IT WOULD LET ME

Thank you to the lovely Karin for her hospitality. If you meet her, don't forget to give her a good review and cheer her on! Also, I suggest the company could have clear signs. We arrived at the designated location early and waited, but all the tour operators were also gathering here at the time. I had to ask each one individually before someone helped me find the window. It was really nerve-wracking.
