This is my third time at Shangri-La Nanshan, and it's just as wonderful as ever. The hotel is comfortable and clean, every spot is picture-perfect, and both the breakfast buffet and afternoon tea are delicious. The service is absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be back!
The hotel is clean and elegant. As soon as you enter the hotel, there is a pleasant fragrance. The staff is also attentive, professional, and meticulous. The afternoon tea is delicious, and they carefully prepared the room according to our requests. However, in terms of hardware, there is room for improvement. The charging point in the room was broken, and in the gym, there were large stones, which caused an accidental injury while exercising. So, the whole experience had some imperfections, but overall it was good.
I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel location is convenient, the service was also very good, the room was clean, the hotel decor had a great festive atmosphere, and the food was of a high standard (breakfast and afternoon tea) and good. I will come again next time!

It was a relaxing and high-quality short trip, and I would love to stay here again.
Excellent value, the hotel even upgraded us to a sea view room. Waking up to see the sunrise was absolutely wonderful!
