family holiday and booked 2 rooms with executive lounge service, staff is professional and we have a great stay in the hotel. swimming pool is large and our kids have good time playing there and parents can stay on the side with relaxed environment.

I was very satisfied with my 3-day, 2-night stay at the Langham Hotel. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel after 9 o'clock due to traffic congestion. After calling the hotel to explain the problem, they were able to arrange food for us during happy hour. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtful arrangement. The service is also very considerate. This time I booked an executive room with a dining room, a cloakroom and a dressing table in the side hall. It is very spacious. The bathtub is also much larger than usual and it is very comfortable to take a bath. The facilities in the room are also very sufficient. This 3-day and 2-night package also includes a lounge, breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour. There is no time to go hungry every day. I am very satisfied with their service. They also gave us a small cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The small cake is really delicious, much better than what I usually eat. In addition, we requested for late check-out and afternoon tea on the check-out day, which was also allowed. Thank you very much.

Hospitable staff especially the male restaurant manager and a male staff. it’s a great dinner buffet the executive lunch is beautiful for taking pictures and hanging out. We had a great time there.

5 stars is satisfactory, but I'd give it 6 stars because I'm super satisfied. This hotel is by far the most satisfactory one I've ever stayed in. The service is truly first-class, and they've taken service to the extreme, to the point where you might even feel embarrassed. There will definitely be a next time. No need to say much about the Langham Hotel: standard international five-star hotel and service, with a wide variety of breakfast options and high food standards. I've been there many times. Tang Court Set Menu: Delicious and highly recommended. The roasted pork belly is a small portion but extremely tasty; the roasted 60-day soy sauce pigeon is juicier and slightly larger than the usual 30-day pigeon; the stewed soup is a winner with plenty of ingredients; the lobster is firm and fresh; the shiitake mushrooms have been elevated from a side dish to the same delicious level as the Wagyu beef, and so on.

This stay was a very good experience. First of all, the hotel decorated the restaurant and the room to celebrate the birthday. Had two birthday cakes which were delicious. The executive lounge manager Rosen and the female manager in the restaurant were very friendly. Surprises this time: room upgrade and freshly squeezed juice in the restaurant. I see that the hotel is constantly improving, whether it is the quality of staff, customer service, or food quality. I will come again if I have the chance👍.

Breakfast: Rich and varied selection Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, although the hotel is a bit old, it is well maintained. The lunch set menu is of a high standard 👍🏻😋, afternoon tea is average, and the evening cocktail is a light buffet. In conclusion, high cost-performance ratio.

the foods is very good, the room is clean however if equip with wash let’s toilet boil is perfect!

Even though we encountered rainy and windy weather, we had a delightful weekend celebrating our child's birthday at your hotel. The staff was very polite, making appropriate arrangements by providing birthday decorations and a cake. Thank you. The breakfast buffet was very abundant, especially the handmade beef noodles; the freshly made noodles were excellent.
