I. Special Notes To protect the ecological environment of the Shaoshan Scenic Area and solve the problem of traffic congestion, the Shaoshan Municipal Government has launched a scenic area traffic transfer system. All tourists visiting the Shaoshan Scenic Area must purchase environmental protection vehicle tickets for ¥20/person/round trip (included), which is a mandatory consumption item. After purchasing the ticket, the tour bus can apply for a special pass with the ticket purchase certificate, which can carry passengers to the designated parking point in the scenic area. Some scenic spots do not require changing to environmental protection vehicles.

The following scenic area transportation can be freely selected according to your personal needs and is a separate fee item:

1. Our agency reserves the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for any losses or responsibilities arising therefrom, and the resulting costs shall be borne by the guest.
2. Explanation of group tours for individual travelers: Group tours for individual travelers are jointly organized by major travel agencies and are different from the one-on-one service of independent group tours. Tourists vary in terms of region, age, physical strength, ideas, customs, etc., and need to be tolerant, understanding, and supportive of each other. We will do our best to provide services to tourists and strive to make this journey more enjoyable.
3. The times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only and are subject to the actual tour situation on the day. The itinerary is subject to changes and adjustments due to climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic spot queuing and control, tourists themselves, force majeure, etc. Please be aware and understand.
4. Please strictly abide by the concept of time and the concept of collectivism. If you are unable to gather at the agreed time and place due to your own reasons and have affected the itinerary of other tourists, the travel agency has the right to leave first and enter the next itinerary. You need to take a bus to join the team at your own expense.
5. Please fill in the tourist feedback form on the service quality of the tour group objectively and fairly. We hope that through your feedback, we can better improve the quality of service. The travel agency will use the results of the feedback form filled in by the tourists as the basis for handling complaints. If the tourist signs "satisfied" or does not sign on the feedback form, our company will not accept the complaint after returning.
