Amazing experience.We booked 3 rooms for our weekend gateaway with family at the hotel which was so convenient coz its right infront of the metro station. Buffet dinner & breakfast was good. Nice view & clean rooms, staffs in the resturant were very helpful specially lady in reception, front desk reception staff speaks english & was also very helpful. Would definitely come back again for another weekend stay.

The hotel buffet experience was excellent overall. The staff were polite, attentive, and responsive, proactively helping to clear used dishes. The food stations were replenished promptly, and the dining area was clean and comfortable. From seating to dining, the service was impeccable throughout, making for a very pleasant meal. Leo at the front desk was very helpful with check-in, making the trip wonderful. I will definitely return and use the Klook platform again. Hotel location: Extremely convenient, right outside Zhongshan Park Station. There's an outdoor pool on the fourth floor; although small, swimming in the sun is comfortable and pleasant. Buffet breakfast and dinner: Satisfactory. Breakfast is special, offering savory and sweet tofu pudding; dinner even includes mini hot pots. Cleanliness: Reassuring. Service: Excellent. I had knee pain and couldn't stand for long to shower, and the front desk staff kindly found a plastic stool for me. I'm very grateful. Nanshan Holiday Hotel is practical and unpretentious, offering great value for money. I chose to stay here for the second time.

The room was tidy, and the dinner buffet at night was more extensive than expected. There was fresh sashimi, unlimited red and white wine, beer, and soda, as well as mini hot pots, lamb chops, and pan-fried fish. The staff also periodically offered special dishes. Breakfast was standard. The pool was a bit odd as it wasn't managed by the hotel, so there were swimming classes and other people, making it quite crowded.

The room was clean, and the front desk and restaurant staff were polite. The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and delicious. It's very convenient to get to Nantou Ancient City and Dou Shan Park.

The hotel's exterior environment is quiet, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is excellent. The lobby staff are polite and welcoming, and the dining hall is large and comfortable. There's a wide variety of buffet food, and it all tastes great. The service standard of the Holiday Inn Group is very high. I will definitely visit again for a vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The rooms are clean, the air conditioning is strong, and there's plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The dining area on the 3rd floor is very spacious.

The hotel room was spacious, and the air conditioning was quiet and cool, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast and dinner buffets were abundant and delicious! It was also very convenient to take the subway to the nearby Grand Joy City shopping mall.

I booked this trip for my parents, and they were very satisfied. The hotel was new and convenient, close to the subway station, and the buffet food was well-organized and clean. They would definitely participate again! 😄
