Experience Process
Our experience is scheduled to meet at 11:00 or 17:30. I will give you a brief introduction and introduce the history of the brand. During the serving process, I will take you to the Peking duck room to visit the Peking duck roasting process and the newly baked Peking duck slicing process. If you are willing, you can also participate in the Peking duck slicing process. Then we will return to the private room to start dining, and I will also introduce the meals to you. At the same time, I will demonstrate the authentic rolling method of Peking duck for you on the spot.
