Thank you, Xiao Yan, for your service. Two days before our trip, you created a WeChat group and carefully informed us of important details and meeting points for our tour day. Although it was extremely hot on the day of the tour, you did your best to make us feel comfortable and flexibly adjusted the itinerary. It was excellent, and we will definitely choose Koolk again next time we visit Xiamen.

What we appreciated most was how thoughtful and attentive Xiao Yan was throughout the tour. She made sure we were comfortable, answered all our questions, and even shared great local food recommendations that we would never have found on our own.

The guide was enthusiastic; however, my Mandarin is limited. As a result, a significant portion of the historical explanations was lost in translation. I wish there were a bilingual guide to better cater to travellers like me who have a limited understanding of Mandarin.

I decided to join this tour at the last minute, the day before departure, so I was a little worried from the initial contact to the pick-up. However, thanks to the careful arrangements and planning, the trip went smoothly, and I'm really happy about that.

This is a very cost-effective day tour! Our guide, Xiao Qiu, was extremely attentive, patient, and efficient in all aspects, such as arranging the itinerary and catering to the various needs of the group members – very professional! As someone from Hong Kong (whose Mandarin isn't great) joining this day tour alone, I was a bit worried at first. But from the moment Xiao Qiu contacted me kindly the night before to discuss pick-up arrangements, I felt very safe. The itinerary was truly rich, with authentic snacks, beautiful scenery, and local historical explanations all included. The tour bus was also very clean and comfortable. There was no forced spending at all. Finally, many thanks again to our guide, Xiao Qiu, for taking so many beautiful photos for me! It's definitely a day tour I would recommend to friends!

From the day before the tour, communication via the WeChat group ensured a smooth and enjoyable experience, from hotel pickup to drop-off. The explanations from our guide, Mr. Zhou Yu, were also very thorough and excellent. This tour is highly recommended for anyone visiting Xiamen for the first time.

The tour guide was very diligent and a very nice person. There are all sorts of customers who sign up, and in our group we had singles and families, with a wide age range, but she still took care of everyone attentively. Really appreciate her hard work!

Our tour guide, Xiao Zhou, provided excellent service, but I suggest adding more rest stops or free time for exploring during the itinerary.
