Mount Batur and Black Lava 4WD Jeep Tour

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all. The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

Unforgettable Mount Batur Jeep Tour An amazing lifetime experience! Riding up Mount Batur in an open-air jeep through the dark forest was thrilling—steep, bumpy, and adventurous. The sunrise view at the top was stunning, with only a few jeeps around, making it peaceful and special. Our guide was friendly, informative, and took great photos for us. It was cold in the mountains, but we rented cozy fleece blankets at the meeting point. The Black Lava field after sunrise was extraordinary—vast and surreal. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed watching the star-filled sky and the sunrise—it was absolutely beautiful. The driver of the jeep takes amazing photos as well. If you want to capture great pictures and have a memorable experience in Bali, I highly recommend it. It was my first time riding in a jeep, and it was truly an impressive experience!

The driver who picked me up and dropped me off was very attentive and asked about my hotel information again, and the driving on the road was very smooth. After changing to a jeep at the designated location, I took a four-wheel drive to the top of the mountain to watch the sunrise. It was an impressive experience!

We had an amazing experience on our Mount Batur and Black Lava tour! Our guide was friendly and patient. He shared interesting insights about the area and local culture. It was a great experience! Both of the drivers (Komang Yus and Nyoman Kabiahh) were really helpful and nice, checking if I’m fine during the trip since it does get bumpy on the jeep. Also, especially when it comes to photo taking, can really see that they have put in a lot of effort in terms of what views to take and even teaching me how to pose etc which I appreciate lots cause I’m not a good poser haha (and the pictures turned out great even on an iPhone). In addition, they were accommodating to my requests too :)
