Cancellation policy

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 72 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

Redemption information

• Dress Code: Modest clothing required for mosque visits. Women must cover their arms, legs, and head. Men must cover shoulders and knees. Tattoos must be covered.
• Valid passport with 6-month validity required
• Travel insurance is mandatory

• Group size: 1-15 people
• Suitable for all ages with moderate fitness level
• Note for Solo Travelers: If you are traveling alone, a single supplement of $67 (for July –October) or $87 (for November–May) applies. This additional amount must be paid in cash directly to your guide at the time of your first pick-up during the tour.
