Stayed with kids

Staff and room service were lovely just delightful. But the room it self one phone doesnt work, shower flooded the side we told reception twice and nothing was done during our 3 day stay. The pool is across the road you have to go out of the resort through an under pass, but once you are there its all good. Beach a bit stoney, but you can manage, Staff in the pool were lovely again. My gripes are, room floors were sticky, showers leak on the side no where near the door, they need to do more quality checks. Its not bad but when you compare it to other 5 star resort it doesnt score very well. The Staff made it brilliant here.

Radisson Blu is a reliable brand, so all of the good stuff they are known for plus being right across the street from their lovely beach resort, and right in the middle of down town Abu Dhabi.

Stayed with friends

Beach was across the road via an underground pass. This is difficult if you have a wheelchair as the ramps were steep. Easy access when you get to the bach/pool. Hotel was lovely, food excellent. 99% of staff are very polite and welcoming.Issues with steps into the beer garden, no ramp and retiled floors of the lifts have a large lip which again was awkward for wheel chairs. Valet service staff were excellent

Staff were great. Pool and surrounding area brilliant. Multiple lifeguards around each pool, perfect for our young children even though they can all swim. Hotel a bit dated. Windows substandard and noise from corniche kept all the family awake all stay. All inclusive package was not clear that you only had 1 buffet option for dinner which wasn't the best. (Limited options for kids) Overall some great parts but also some really substandard.

The hotel location was lovely. The pool area beach gorgeous the hotel was lovely but the music in both bars was too loud but both bars were situated lovely inside the hotel. The air-conditioning across the hotel was noisy and in need of Repair luckily we did not say in the middle of summer staff were friendly. Food was lovely by beach but not very hot on the buffet but still lovely. I would rate this hotel at 7 to 8 out of 10.
