Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be rescheduled if there is not a minimum of 8 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
• Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
• To reschedule or request a full refund, please contact the supplier/operator: If the tour cannot depart due to insufficient participants, we will proactively notify you to reschedule or provide an alternative option. If you wish to cancel, you may apply for a refund directly through the platform. Please check your email for notifications before the departure date.

Redemption information

• Due to bad weather, such as blizzards, the final decision will be made on the same day. If part of the trip is cancelled due to the mentioned issues, the parietal will be refunded.
• Any changes prior to departure 1 day before due to personal factors, a handling fee of KRW20,000 per person will be charged.

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
