Service: Explains the massage process Facilities: High-end Environment: Inside the hotel Therapist: Good technique Ambiance: Upscale
The receptionist was very polite and the service attitude was quite good. The two of us had a massage together, but there was a noticeable difference in performance between the two massage therapists: one had pretty good technique and was very comfortable, while the other was just average and had weaker English communication skills, making communication somewhat difficult. The overall experience was fair, and I hope the massage therapists can be more consistent in both their technique and communication.
Everything was absolutely amazing, from the greeting at the entrance to the atmosphere and the massage :)
