Shinrin Spa: Hair Wash & Massage in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

We were staying in D1 and decided a massage would help relieve some travel fatigue. Shinrin was highly rated, so we booked the VIP 1 treatment. The appointment was made through Klook and confirmed within 30 minutes for same-day booking. Upon arrival, we were offered water and asked to complete a short questionnaire about pressure preferences, focus areas, and skin sensitivities (since the package includes a 30-minute facial). We then changed on the 2nd floor, used the steam sauna on the 3rd floor for about 15 minutes, rinsed off, and returned for a foot bath followed by a 90-minute ginger oil massage with hot stones and 30 minutes facial. During the foot bath, we were offered snacks and fruits. One small suggestion: eating during the foot bath may not be ideal before a massage, and the room was quite dark—I accidentally ate a very spicy chili. That aside, the experience was well organized, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Had a lovely massage. Chose 90 mins aromatherapyassage. It was one of the betterassages I've ever had. The girl was very petite cute but could get very deep in my muscles. Was offered some water on arrival and departure and left 200k tip

Atmosphere: Since we booked in advance, we were able to get a double room, which was perfect for us as a couple. Masseuse: The pressure was just right. The 60-minute full body massage included essential oils, hot stones, and a hot compress, leaving us completely relaxed. Facilities: Before the massage, there's a questionnaire to understand your needs and preferred pressure. You can also take a shower after the massage, so you don't have to worry about feeling oily (the masseuse also uses hot towels to help clean you).

I received a head massage and shampoo set. From the moment I entered the salon, I was enveloped in a refreshing, pleasant scent. The staff were very attentive, and the massage covered my head all the way down to my neck. The price is quite affordable, but the quality of service is excellent, so I'll definitely be back. The salon is located a little off the main road, but there's a sign along the road, so you should be fine as long as you don't miss it.

My therapist was gentle, patient and I can tell they have gone through thorough training. Sublime massage mix of aromatherapy, pressure kneadings and best part comes with hotstones. Though she cant speak much english but sufficient to get by. I took the bloom set 60mins massage and 30mins facial. Upon changing you go to room with several big adjustable massage beds with curtain dividers. While soaking feet, you get to nibble 3 types fruits + assorted snacks & tea. Massage was only back area to soles. Once you turn over is the facial session. Cleansing, facial massage very nice then collagen mask & mini head massage. My therapist's a bit forceful on pressing points so probably is still learning but she's earnest and covers all bases. Only drawback not enough neck tension area. Spa building's not so big. You can shower in the restroom I guess but I just changed & go back. Normal spa design most important clean, very legit and good quality massage.

the place is easy to find. the therapist and receptionist were all kind and very welcoming. the overall exeperience was so gooood! would definitely go back and try other services they offer. The price for hair spa and head massage was so worth it and cheap.

Among the many massage places in Vietnam, this one has a great experience. The massage process is very relaxing, and the store environment is very good. I will come again next time.
