whilst they were only able to confirm the driver for me the night before our trip, the service of the driver (Mr Lo) was really exceptional. he was punctual, polite and patient. the car was clean and spacious. we had a group of 5 and it was perfect.
When I made the booking, I noticed there were no reviews, which made me a bit hesitant. However, everything turned out well—the car was clean, the driver was professional, and I’m happy with the overall experience.
Master Hu was excellent! He consistently recommended great attractions and even stopped for us to take photos. He was always punctual, waiting for us, and arrived 15 minutes early every day to pick us up. Very professional.
