Reviews
I had a wonderful experience at the Chiang Mai Khantoke Dinner with Traditional Performance, especially as it was my birthday. The staff surprised me by singing for me and bringing out a birthday “cake” made from fruit salad, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The Khantoke dinner set had a lot of food—definitely more than enough for one person—and they even offered extra dishes. Free water and lemonade were included, and other menu items were reasonably priced. The traditional performances were very enjoyable and well organized, and the service ran smoothly from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole evening feel very welcoming. It was a very happy and memorable night for me. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
Everyone in the venue was absolutely amazing, kind, and helpful. The food was divine. Perfect for whimpy (very little spice) appetites. I took hundreds of pictures. All of the performances were mesmerizing. I was excited for the experience. Did not disappoint. Thank you.
Private driver picked up and returned us to our hotel she was very nice. The dinner show was very good! They bring you your food and keep refilling the food bowels as many times as you wish while watching a beautiful demonstration of native dancing and music.
it was very nice experience and you will learned about the history of each dance performance, and even sang us a happy birthday song. We had so much fun with my friends and other participants.
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Chiang Mai! The traditional performances were absolutely amazing, with beautiful costumes, talented dancers, and great music that made the whole evening unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious with so many different dishes to try. I actually ate way more than I planned because everything tasted so good and they don't like empty plates! (Don't worry, it's all included) If you’re looking for a fun evening filled with culture, entertainment, and fantastic food, I highly recommend this experience.
A very kid-friendly cultural experience in Chiang Mai. The Khantoke dinner programme was interesting and engaging, and we loved sitting in the traditional Lanna-style floor seating, which made it fun and different for the kids. The food was delicious, though most dishes were on the spicy side, so it’s good to be aware if dining with young children. The servers were attentive and kind, and the cultural performances kept the children entertained throughout — especially the cute cow mascot, which completely captured their attention. Overall, it’s a great family-friendly evening and a memorable way for children to experience northern Thai culture.
Location: Below Chiang Mai's old city, convenient location. Experience: Many traditional performances, food is very delicious! Has traditional Northern Thai characteristics!
A good experience, everyone should come and appreciate traditional dance and traditional food.
I like the music and performances with an exotic atmosphere. I didn't expect about the food, but it was delicious.
The show was beautiful, all the dancers, musicians and fire show was amazing! The food was yummy too. The only reason I'm giving four stars is I went as a solo traveller, they gave me the same amount of food as they would two people. So I got a couple of looks because I didn't finish all the food like everyone else had. But if you're a solo traveller and eat a lot, this is good money for you!!
