Booked for time 9.30am. Driver Mr Tana is very punctual, he enter the hotel lobby driveaway at 9.29am lol. Van is spacious for us family of 5 with helper (total 6 pax). Can fit a foldable stroller too. We started off to the strawberry farm, then to premium outlet, then off to cable car. We ended the day with him fetching us at First World hotel after we spend a good 2hr play at Skyworld outdoor park.
the driver was on time, the van was clean..pak rusli was nice, our journey to genting was more than 1 hour since traffic was a bit bad.
A very pleasant trip with Gopi driver who is very friendly and explains a lot .. The car is very nice to accommodate lots of people and suitcases ... The car is clean and smell good. Really a pleasant experience.

I had an amazing one day experience in genting. Eventhough it was a short trip but it was a seemless one. my tour guide was Mr Avalee he was very knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. He was very patience with us,a family of 3 especially I had my 1 year old kid with me. He helped us with our stroller and patiently waited for us. I will definitely be booking with them for my Cameron trip in future to come.
This tour company is the best! Very responsive with email messages and they gave the driver's details one day before the tour date. The driver Mr Tajul is very welcoming and kind. He's also very responsive with email and text messages and was always on time in picking us up. When booking tours in KL, make sure you choose Ivy Holidays.
