- The travel agency staff, guide, or driver will call guests around 20:00 (8:00 PM) the day before departure to inform them of the meeting time, location, and important travel information.
- Please bring your valid ID card and children should bring their household registration book before traveling. Please ensure you are in good health and take care of all your belongings while traveling. If any items are lost, the travel agency will actively assist in the search, but will not be responsible for any loss.
- Hotels throughout Hunan Province no longer provide disposable toiletries. Please bring your own. Due to the limitations of local economic conditions, the hardware facilities and services of hotels in Zhangjiajie are slightly inferior to those in big cities. Please adjust your expectations accordingly. Most hotels in Zhangjiajie and Fenghuang offer hot water and air conditioning for limited hours.
- [Disclaimer] In the event of force majeure (such as traffic control, traffic accidents, traffic jams, queuing at crowded scenic spots, extreme weather, etc.), the following unexpected situations may occur: ① inability to organize the tour ② being able to see only some of the attractions in the itinerary ③ temporary adjustment of accommodation ④ inability to return on time, etc. Our company will coordinate any losses incurred with reference to relevant tourism management regulations.
- Only guests who are in good health and able to take care of themselves can participate in this tour. Middle-aged and elderly people, especially those with illnesses, must provide the travel agency with accurate health information and act according to their health conditions. If tourists feel unwell, please inform the tour guide immediately. The travel agency will not be liable for any consequences or responsibilities arising from the health conditions of middle-aged and elderly tourists. Senior citizens over 70 years old who participate in the tour should fill out a disclaimer; pregnant women are not accepted.
- Guests are responsible for expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances that cause guests to be stranded or due to national policy adjustments. If guests voluntarily abandon the tour itinerary for their own reasons, no refund will be given for the reserved attractions, meals, accommodation, or other expenses within the itinerary.
- Our company reserves the right to appropriately adjust the order of visiting attractions according to the actual situation of the scenic spot without reducing the number of attractions. The scheduled tour or visit time in the itinerary is approximate. In special circumstances, the tour guide may adjust it in consultation with the tourists. If the complimentary attractions in the itinerary cannot be visited normally due to irresistible factors or are voluntarily abandoned by tourists, no tickets will be refunded, and no discounts or free tickets for the complimentary attractions in the itinerary will be refunded.
- At the end of the itinerary, please fill out the feedback form truthfully. The guest's claims are subject to the local feedback form, and subsequent disputes arising from the guest's false or incomplete feedback form will not be accepted.
- Regarding accommodation: The default arrangement is a twin room in a hotel, one room for two adults. This itinerary cannot be shared. If you are traveling as an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase one "single room supplement"; a single room will be arranged for you if you are traveling alone; If 3 adults are traveling, purchase an additional "single room supplement" and we will arrange two rooms for you.
- Please be sure to pay attention to your own safety, and carry valuables with you! ! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour bus! Please take care of your personal belongings during the tour. The travel agency will not be liable for compensation for any loss due to improper personal care.
- You must bring your valid ID with you when you depart. If you are unable to check in, take a train, check into a hotel, or visit attractions due to failure to carry a valid ID, you will be responsible for the losses.
- Tourists must ensure that they are in good health before participating in the tour itinerary arranged by the travel agency, and must not deceive or conceal any information. The travel agency is not responsible for any accidents that occur due to the tourist's physical discomfort.
- The travel agency does not recommend tourists to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. The travel agency is not responsible for the consequences of tourists acting without authorization.
- If tourists leave the group or change the itinerary on their own for personal reasons, it will be regarded as automatic abandonment, and the travel agency will not be able to refund any fees. The tourists will be responsible for other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom.
- Our company has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary without reducing the number of attractions. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for the losses and responsibilities caused thereby, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the guest.
