- Single Admission Ticket is entitled to one-time entry. Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
- To ensure safety of all guests, grip socks are now compulsory at selected Kiztopia outlets. Outlets include Kiztopia Marina Square, Kiztopia Prestige, SkyPark, Boucetopia SAFRA Choa Chu Kang and Tengah Plantation Plaza. Not included in purchase
- The operator reserves the right to impose clean-up and sanitization charges for incidents such as vomiting, spillage, urine and leaks
- A wristband will be issued upon entry and the exit timing will be indicated on the wristband. You can track your play time using the exit timing
- A 10-minute grace period will be given to guests to exit the venue. An additional $12 per child/guest will be charged at the counter for guests exceeding the 10-minute grace period
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers and special offers unless otherwise stated
- Each Single Admission Ticket is valid for one Participant (12 years old and below) only
- Children under the age of 12 months old at the time of admission, can enter for free when accompanied by a paying Participant and an Adult. E-copy of Birth certificate for verification is required
- Participants below the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an Adult (aged 18 and above)
- Single Admission Tickets purchased are non-refundable, not for re-sale, and cannot be exchanged for cash

The bounce at Plantation is new and clean. Big and spacious. More fun and exciting for kids. The young staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.

My kids absolutely love Kidztopia! The staff is friendly, the play areas are clean and well-maintained, and there are so many fun activities to keep them entertained for hours. I highly recommend it for a safe and enjoyable play experience!

There are at least 4 different play areas, including ball pit and sand pit. Great place for kids to use up their energy. but may be overwhelming for parents due to the number of kids jumping and running around. staff is around maintaining the cleaniliness of the play area.
