[About Accommodation] The default arrangement is a hotel twin room, with 2 adults per room. This itinerary does not offer room sharing. If you are traveling with an odd number of adults, please be sure to purchase a "Single Room Supplement." A single room will be arranged for solo travelers. For 3 adults traveling together, purchase an additional "Single Room Supplement" to have two rooms arranged.
The order of the day's itinerary may be adjusted depending on the tide times for the sea foraging activity, but the number of attractions and playtime will not be reduced.
-If affected by typhoons, the sailing experience will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.
Gulangyu ferry tickets are booked online and require group entry and exit. No refunds will be given for cancellations. Ferry arrival and departure times are subject to the actual tickets purchased. Gulangyu Island implements a visitor quota, and ferry tickets must be booked in advance. Once booked, no price difference can be supplemented, and no additional tickets can be purchased. According to the ferry system regulations, minors over 6 but under 14 years of age, or over 1.2 meters but under 1.5 meters in height, need to purchase a half-price preferential ticket of 18 yuan/person. If failure to board is caused by the customer providing incorrect information, the customer will be responsible. Temporary ticket purchases cannot guarantee consistency with the schedule booked by our company.
Tourists should ensure they are in good health and that their physical condition allows them to complete the trip. If standard errors are caused by special reasons, refunds will be made according to the actual situation in accordance with the "Tourism Law." If the tourist's itinerary is reduced due to force majeure or events that cannot be avoided even if the travel agency or performing assistant has fulfilled its reasonable duty of care, our company will refund the expenses not incurred.
