Good news for cheese and carb lovers! I absolutely loved the cheese flavor of this fondue. You can choose to add alcohol or not; I opted not to since I was driving, and it seemed even more delicious that way. The onion soup was wonderfully sweet and fresh, and the salmon I chose for the main course was tender and tasty. The restaurant's ambiance is excellent, and I must commend the waitstaff for being incredibly friendly, polite, and engaging. It's truly great to enjoy such a satisfying meal at the Peninsula Hotel for this price.

It's like being in a Swiss mountain chalet! The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere! In addition to the main cheese fondue, the set menu also includes onion soup, salad, cheese appetizers, a main course, and dessert! The staff's service was also friendly, helpful, and very attentive, making for a delightful meal!

You should only go if you really love cheese and carbohydrates. My companion and I couldn't finish everything. As soon as we arrived, we were served two pieces of each of three types of bread, followed by two cheese breads. The rest was as described on the menu. The cheese fondue came with three types of carbohydrates: bread, potatoes, and pasta. The ox tongue also came with french fries, which I really couldn't eat. We ordered two glasses of white wine and two bottles of sparkling water, adding another thousand. There were truly too many carbs; you really need to think carefully before going. There are many other options for a thousand for two people.

The service was good. The food was excellent. Beware though, the food portion of the set for two was enormous for two adults, whether as lunch or dinner.

If you're a cheese lover, this is a fantastic experience. While the food selection isn't extensive, it's incredibly delicious and the portions are generous. A meal for two would even be enough for three people.
