Our guide was kind and knowledgeable. We learned the difference between a jungle and a forest. How Coral Hills was all underwater and that’s it’s over 200 million years old! So fascinating!

Bring a light jacket or raincoat. The highlands can turn chilly or rainy without warning.
Wear rubber or hiking shoes with good grip. The trail can be slippery and muddy after rain
Carry a small bottle of water and light snacks for energy during the trek.
