although the place was more for kids, they definitely welcome kid's at heart! we enjoyed the activities and rides. I grew up having Sanrio items and watching Barney - being here really brings back memories. easy redemption of the tickets.

Enjoyed every single moments at the Hello Kitty Town! A pity that it’s going to close down on 31st December 2019 permanently. ☹️ Thank you for the MYR5 voucher which I have used it at the Red Bow cafe! Yummy food! 🤤

It’s a fun day for my 2-year-old, and also us the adults! So sad it’s closing down end of this year, wouldn’t mind coming again. The activities were not adventurous yet fun enough for small families like us.

The redeem way easy... but we only spend 2 hours here... u will need 4-5 hours to make it worth.. we’ve try all the game, but unfortunately my son didn’t reach the minimum height for bumpy car... so definitely will come again..

Kids enjoy all activities in Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town. We spent the whole day in the park and we were able to catch up with some of the shows.

Had a great time there, my friend and I enjoyed our time. There’re around 7 stations/activities in the indoor park with many adorable characters. Great place if you’re a fan of sanrio characters

Upon entering the building, there is a counter for online bookings. I just presented the printed voucher to the staff and he handed me the 5 MYR cash voucher immediately. On the admission counter/entrance, I just showed the printed voucher again to the staffs and they provided a wristband to be worn while inside the area/playgrounds. There is a security check as well as food and drinks are not allowed inside.
Thomas Town is located on the 4th level while Hello Kitty Town is on the 2nd floor. Hello Kitty Town is awesome. Everything's in pink color and lots of hello kitty stuffs can be seen inside. Thomas Town is amazing as well. Most of the characters are there. There's a small restaurant inside. There are rides and an indoor playground that the kids, and even older ones, can enjoy.
The 3rd level houses Pingu, Bob and other characters. There are a number of play areas on this floor and we were able to explore them too. The shows are also held here. We were lucky to have watched the Thomas show, my son enjoyed a lot. There are also shows for the other characters but we didn't watch it. A meet and greet of certain characters is also available. We met Sir Topham Hatt! Just check the schedules at the posters/signs displayed inside the park.
We went on a weekday and there were not much people. We enjoyed the place and the rides very much. I was able to use the 5 MYR voucher at Red Bow Cafe.

Step into the world of Hello Kitty and friends! Join a show at The ‘Purrfect' Stage, where Little Twin Stars and My Melody entertain the family with daily live performances. Burn off steam at Friendship Land, home to themed rides, a playground and a number of attractions.
