friendly, punctual driver. no complaints about the service. only I didn’t realise that in a van or bus you have to disembark with your luggage to go through customs and immigration. in a car you don’t. however the line for cars is a lot longer so it may balance out in time.
The driver Andy will contact you the night before and inform you of the location via WhatsApp before arriving the next morning. He will teach you how to pass the Malaysia customs as quickly as possible. After arriving, he was very nice and took us to have an authentic Malaysian lunch, and also bought durians as we requested. Very hospitable. We talked and laughed throughout the trip, it was a very pleasant journey.
Driver is patient to wait for us to cross the JB customs. Service is easy to book and can pick up and drop off anywhere in Singapore to JB
The pick up was smooth and they were on time. The driver communicated with us a day before the pick up and provided clear instructions. We booked them too for our trip back to SG.
driver was very helpful on how we can cross the border and even gave us video on how to do the immigration process. he was also very punctual on the dot. lastly we needed wifi for Malaysia and he even dropped us at a local sim shop to get our internet. really recommend.
