What to expect
This tour starts in Gwangju Metropolitan City. It will be very enjoyable for tea-lovers and nature-lovers. We will visit two major tea plantations in Boseong and Gangjin. While Boseong is well-known for its green tea plantations and attracts many tourists every year, Gangjin tends to be off the beaten path for most foreign travelers. However, Gangjin has over a 1,000-year history as a tea-cultivated area, and it is the place where the first Korean tea brand was created. In Boseong, we will visit the Korea Tea Museum and Daehan Dawon, which is the most popular tea farm in Korea. In Gangjin, we will visit Gangjin Dawon Tea Plantation with the stunning background of Mt. Wolchulsan and a private garden of the Joseon Dynasty. Korean tea ceremony and long-tradition tea tasting are included.

Reviews
Absolutely the best tour ever! Veronica was an excellent guide. Although the weather for our tour was rainy, she made sure we were able to visit all the itinerary listed and somehow at the best times. For instance, at the first tea plantation, we were looking through the foggy mist, and all of the sudden the mist lifted a little bit, the sun peeked out and we had the perfect photography moment. Just amazing! Veronica took us the tea museum for a ceremonial tea, explained the history and culture of Korean tea, and we ended the day at a Korean barbecue restaurant. It was a day like no other. Thank you Veronica for a wonderful day.
We had a wonderful day with Veronica, who is fantastic. Everything was well organized, and the explanations were clear. We were able to discuss Korean culture and received answers to all our questions.
It is really inspired me and surprising me that there is such a Green and Nice place nearby Gwangju. It is a good place for refreshing myself during vacation. Thanks for the good introduction and fruitful information to me. i learned a lot the tea plantation and Korea History about it in the trip. Thanks.
We booked the tour, despite it not having any reviews at the time and we have absolutely no regrets and would book it again. Veronica was incredibly wonderful, and so so sweet. We switched up the itinerary a bit due to the weather, but we still visited all the places and had an amazing time!
