Reviews summaryIt’s soooo relaxing and unwind. glad that at KL city area have such a wonderful and great place to reset ourselves after having a long hectic day. For those who have been very stressful or catching up so much of heavy routine every day, highly recommended to pay a visit to Billion and reclaim yourself back. To be honest, during my visit, I have my most munchie of the day as compare to my normal routine. Food is 👍, drinks can be better, spa and sauna is the tiptop. definitely will return and recommend my other friends join me along.
Onsen has 4 pools. A magnesium (Epsom salt) bath, and a hydrating (likely collagen, ceramides, protein mix) and a cold plunge to do contrast therapy. Last one just the generic hot jacuzzi. My only suggestion for improvent is the cold plunge was probably set at 15.. if they went lower like 10 deg it would be awesome. Complimentary snacks like the ginger tea and peanut ball tastes good and presented well
I have my first-ever of onsen, massage, wellness & spa experience in KL. Introducing "Billion Onsen & Aesthetics is located at near KLCC during visited on weekends. This price is value good with ultimate services & facilities experiences, For us, we got to experience relaxation, relieve body therapies to be healthy and relieve stress more. It is easy to travel, you can stop by. Plus, there are service staffs who will give us advice to go very well.
First visit to this place. The place is lovely and modern. The staff's attitude is alright, but they did not provide any tour guide for the facility, which can be confusing for a first-time visitor. There are three hot onsens and one icy cold onsen, with one sauna room. Free-flow lemon water is provided in the onsen section. The changing and showering areas are very nice, and they have intelligent toilets with bidets, which is definitely a plus point. Most of the staff are foreigners who can only speak simple English. Finger foods are well-served, with unlimited orders. I personally loved the ginger soup sweet dumpling. Overall, it was a good experience. However, they did not allow me to waive the parking fee and claimed it was incorrect information stated in Klook, which was slightly disappointing as the parking fee was RM12 for five hours.
Wide selection of light f&b, ultra comfy reclining chair that came with a mini table, phone holder, tablet & earphone for a complete relaxation experience. Unfortunately noise from the club upstairs can be heard from the lounge from 9pm onward. Facility is clean & well maintained. Wish they hv normal manicure & foot massage at the lounge.
great place to unwind and relax, they have many facilities and staff around to assist you when needed. their faculties are very clean and the food spread is good and delicious.
love the food choices! I had everything in a day. haagen daz ice cream! but the place is quite small. onsen was cramped
I checked in at 12am. I planned to sleep there for the night... I could have a midnight snack, breakfast, or brunch... But... the upstairs was like a nightclub at midnight... So there was heavy music until about 4-5am in the morning... It was completely different from the ossoto spa I had been to before... There was no restaurant there... Just ordering food at the dining tables in the corridor and on the sofas in the lounge... The environment was nice.
I am a foodie😅😅The environment here is nice and the food is top notch👍There are too few seats in the lounge, there are 4 hot springs, and the cold hot spring is too spicy🤣🤣, overall it is a good place to relax
I've experienced better onsens outside of KL, so this one felt quite basic to me, with just four ponds of still, non-flowing water. The relaxation room is nice, but unfortunately, some guests didn’t follow the expected quiet etiquette—there were people chatting loudly or talking on their phones, which disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. Overall, I find it a bit overpriced, though I do appreciate that it's one of the first places in KL to offer an onsen experience.
