Excellent hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy, and it's conveniently located near the border, making it very easy to get to Macau. The breakfast selection is limited, but the food is delicious. Free parking is available.

After arriving in Macau via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, we spent half a day exploring before taking the Cotai hotel shuttle to Hengqin Port, where customs clearance was incredibly fast. The hotel is very new and clean, with beautiful night views of Macau. The only minor issue was that the shower water temperature fluctuated between cold and hot. The restaurant was high-quality; although the buffet had limited options, the steaks and lamb chops were cooked to order and delicious. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Transportation Convenience: A 5-minute walk to Hengqin Port, making it very convenient to go to Macau. Breakfast: Comfortable dining environment with Chinese and Western food options; the taste is good. Rooms: The toilet and bathroom ceiling has a ventilation duct-like fixture, but there is no switch to control it, so it effectively cannot be ventilated.

This was my second stay, and I was lucky to be assigned to the top floor, which offered expansive views and a great landscape. My only complaint was a slight odor in the room upon arrival. That evening, we had dinner at the 5th-floor restaurant. Perhaps it was already quite late at 8 PM, but we were only informed after ordering that the appetizer, drink, and dessert from our set meal were all sold out. Despite this, the service staff were very attentive, especially a young man wearing glasses. The next day, we returned to the same restaurant for breakfast. It was completely packed, and some guests had to eat by the pool table outside the restaurant. Even the coffee machine was out of order, so staff had to make coffee for guests in a room next to the pastry section. In summary, the hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping, provided excellent service. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hengqin.
