Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• Partial refund rules: In the event that severe weather conditions render the sea activity unable to proceed after the guest’s arrival at the destination, a partial refund shall apply, with only the portion of the booking fee attributable to the sea activity being refundable, while all ground transportation and logistical costs already incurred shall remain non-refundable

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
