The attitude is very good, the pickup speed is also very fast, you can look at the map to find the location with more specific directions. The traditional coffee in Singapore tastes good and I will buy it again if I go there again.

Shop is conveniently located in Jewel. It was tricky to find at first as it was lumped together with other souvenir stores. Tip: it's right in front of the early check in counters. Many kopi and teh options. Packaging is really nice and good for gift giving. Coffee taste is strong. There was only 1 shop attendant during our visit so the service was not that fast. We were not in a hurry anyway. She was kind and helpful.

Value for money! The Voucher was very easy to redeem and Kopi was very nice. Stall located in a mix of SG souvenirs so hard to miss.

The staff in Jewel Changi was accomodationg and friendly and the coffee was so tasty, my father loves it.

Purchase and use it on the spot. The store clerk is very attentive and kind. You need to wait for them to send a message back to the company to confirm the order and confirm that the goods are available on site before you can pick it up. But everything is very fast and highly recommended.
